name. For example, February 2004 is represented as FEB04, and
the double issue July/August 2004 is represented as JUL/AUG 04.

How can I change my address for
specific dates in the future? At this time, you can
call Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel Customer Service at
1-800-829-9121 to have a customer service representative
handle your future change of address requests.
How soon should I receive my first
issue? If you ordered a new subscription for
yourself or gave Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel as a
new gift, you can expect the first issue to arrive in 4 to 8
weeks. Holiday gifts will arrive in early January with the
February issue.
Why must I enter my e-mail
address? We need your e-mail address to locate your
subscription information. If you have concerns, please read

Why can't I find my
subscription? Please first try using your e-mail
address. If your information cannot be found, you will be
asked to enter your name and address as it appears on your

issues? At times we receive multiple names for the

Why do I get billed after I have
already sent payment? At times, your payment will
arrive after you have been sent an invoice. You can check your
payment status by clicking

showing your account is open, you will be asked to provide

Why was my account marked as
undeliverable when my address did not change? At
times magazines are sent back to Arthur Frommer's Budget
Travel as undeliverable by the Post Office. There is not a
particular reason why this happens. Please check with your
local Post Office & inform them that you have spoken with
Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel and verified that your
address is correct. At this time we will reactivate your
subscription.
How can I renew Arthur Frommer's
Budget Travel? To renew your subscription online,

subscription expiration date by mail so that you will not miss
any future issues of Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel. If

How often and when is the magazine
published? Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel is
published ten (10) issues per year as of September 2002. The
publication schedule for 2004 is Jan/Feb, Mar/Apr, May/Jun,
Jul/Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, and Dec/Jan. On-sale dates for monthly
magazines are generally one month prior to the current issue.
For example, the October 2004 issue will be on sale and should
arrive in homes on September 10, 2004.

available.
